We can only recommend the service. The service was open even on a public holiday and repaired the broken laptop in one day for an amazing price. All the staff were very nice and helpful and even allowed us to pick up the laptop after hours. Great service!

Excellent service with a very personal touch. Unlike authorized repair shops, they try to find a way to customer satisfaction - fast, repair/replacement of only the most necessary parts, comparison of repair price vs. value of equipment and possible offer of new/used equipment. In my case, repairing a Macbook Pro in 2 hours for about a third of the price of what an authorized repair shop would charge. Highly recommended!

Poor communication, totally unprofessional. On the phone I arrange to come to the shop the next day to check the phone, but it is not there. I am told the store will be in maybe that afternoon, the following morning at most. The next day I am told again that I have to wait, with the caveat that I will hear from them again... it's been two weeks and no one has given me a call. I definitely don't recommend these poofy unfair dealers.

I originally went to the store to shop, but ended up meeting a colleague there who I had no idea existed until then - a cardiologist. We gave a great talk, so I'm writing the review more as a coffee shop than a store 😄.

Tomáš is a man in his own place - he will advise, recommend, willingly test, reinstall, install... and most importantly, he does it with a smile. You have a great shop and it's obvious that you treat all customers with the same fairness and nike. Keep it up!

P.S.: Do you want to set up a little cafe with a few tables in a shop somewhere? It would be really nice to chat with the people who come to you 😊 and with you

I can highly recommend Mr. Tomáš, my MacBook was in three services and no one could put it together, they said it was impossible, but Tomáš did it with his left back. And for a decent price ☺️👏I recommend this service for both MacBook, IPhone and other PC.

Great service, super fast and very helpful, such a nice man who helped us solve all our problems. Can't recommend this shop enough to everyone, both local tourists. I went to a similar store nearby and they were very rude and very unhelpful, which made our experience at this store a major and positive comparison. What spare parts do you use?

For displays, batteries and other key components, we primarily use genuine Apple parts or OEM equivalents from verified suppliers.

How long does the repair take?

Most routine repairs (screen replacement, battery replacement) are done the same day. More complex motherboard repairs usually take 2-5 business days.

What if the fix doesn't work?

Diagnostics are always free of charge. If the device cannot be repaired, you pay nothing. We provide a 12-month warranty on successful repairs.

Is my data safe?

We don't work with data. Most repairs do not require unlocking the device. If it does, we follow GDPR and internal confidentiality rules.

Do you repair other brands?

We specialize in Apple, but we also repair other brands - Samsung, Xiaomi, MacBook competitors. Data recovery from all types of devices.
