Excellent service with a very personal touch. Unlike authorized repair shops, they try to find a way to customer satisfaction - fast, repair/replacement of only the most necessary parts, comparison of repair price vs. value of equipment and possible offer of new/used equipment. In my case, repairing a Macbook Pro in 2 hours for about a third of the price of what an authorized repair shop would charge. Highly recommended!

Poor communication, totally unprofessional. On the phone I arrange to come to the shop the next day to check the phone, but it is not there. I am told the store will be in maybe that afternoon, the following morning at most. The next day I am told again that I have to wait, with the caveat that I will hear from them again... it's been two weeks and no one has given me a call. I definitely don't recommend these poofy unfair dealers.

I originally went to the store to shop, but ended up meeting a colleague there who I had no idea existed until then - a cardiologist. We gave a great talk, so I'm writing the review more as a coffee shop than a store 😄.

Tomáš is a man in his own place - he will advise, recommend, willingly test, reinstall, install... and most importantly, he does it with a smile. You have a great shop and it's obvious that you treat all customers with the same fairness and nike. Keep it up!

P.S.: Do you want to set up a little cafe with a few tables in a shop somewhere? It would be really nice to chat with the people who come to you 😊 and with you

Great service, super fast and very helpful, such a nice man who helped us solve all our problems. Can't recommend this shop enough to everyone, both local tourists. I went to a similar store nearby and they were very rude and very unhelpful, which made our experience at this store a major and positive comparison. In conclusion, the overall atmosphere and ambiance of the store was nothing less than perfect.
