Do I have to delete my iPhone before buying it?
We recommend a backup and factory reset. If you don't know how, we can help you directly at the branch.
Will you redeem an iPhone with iCloud lock?
No - we do not buy iPhones with an active iCloud lock that cannot be unlocked (standard with all reputable buyers).
Is the award binding?
No. The valuation is free and non-binding, the decision to sell is entirely up to you.
